All our products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the package.
Write to us at biuro@aiduidq.cluster026.hosting.ovh.net and inform about your decision. You can use the withdrawal form available in our regulations. We listen carefully to our clients, and we would be grateful if you tell us the reasons for your decision.
Pack the returned product and send it together with the original or a copy of the receipt (or invoice) to the following address: Naturale Elżbieta Sikorska-Molenda ul. Odkryta 27, 03-140 Warszawa, with the annotation “Return”
If possible, please keep the product in its original packaging.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
We do not accept COD shipments.
We make the refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the refund.
The return of the payment is made by bank transfer to the account indicated in the e-mail informing about the intention to return (applies to orders placed with payment on delivery) or automatically to the account / card number from which the payment was made (applies to orders with online payment)
Due to the safety of the parcel and the pace of its delivery, we recommend sending the goods by courier or using the postal option “Proof of posting” / “Registered parcel”.
COMPLAINTS – STEP BY STEP
All products purchased in the store are entitled to non-compliance with the contract for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase in accordance with the Act of 27 July 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 141, as amended).

Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the advertised product.
In the event of a justified complaint, the damaged product will be repaired or replaced with another (full-value) one, and if this is not possible (e.g. due to stock depletion) – we will refund the product price.
